Day 1
Arrival at Kilimanjaro airport. Meet and transfer to Arusha for a light dinner and overnight in Onsea Cottages.
Day 2 - Tarangire National Park
Collect from your hotel in Arusha after breakfast and transfer by 4wd to Tarangire NP for lunch in Tarangire River Camp.
Day 3 - Tarangire National Park
Full day safari at leisure. Meals and overnight in the same tented camp.
Day 4 - Ngorongoro Crater
Transfer to the Ngorongoro Crater, for safari with picnic lunch on the crater floor. Dinner and overnight in Ngorongoro Serena Lodge on the crater rim.
Day 5 - Serengeti National Park
Transfer to Manyara airstrip for scheduled flight to the Serengeti. Drive to Kirawira Camp (May-July) or Mbuzi Mawe Tented Camp (Aug-March) for lunch. Afternoon safari. Dinner and overnight at the camp. We choose different camps at different times of the year to hopefully be in the best possible place for game and increase our chances of seeing the great migration.
Day 6 - Serengeti National Park
Full day safari at leisure in the Serengeti. Meals and overnight in the camp.
Day 7 - Serengeti National Park
Another full day safaris at leisure in the Serengeti. Meals and overnight in the camp.
Day 8 - Serengeti National Park
Morning safari. Transfer to the airstrip for flight back to Arusha. Collect at the airport and transfer to Onsea Cottages for dinner and overnight.
